What is SMA?

Simple Moving Average calculates the average price over a period. This chart shows both 50-day and 200-day SMAs for detecting Golden Cross and Death Cross signals.

Parameters

• SMA-50: Medium-term trend (50 days)
• SMA-200: Long-term trend (200 days)
• Crossovers: Key trading signals

Interpretation

• Golden Cross: SMA-50 crosses above SMA-200
• Death Cross: SMA-50 crosses below SMA-200
• Strong trend: Price above both SMAs
