What is VOLMA?
Volume Moving Average smooths volume data using a 20-period average, helping identify trends in trading activity and unusual volume spikes.
Interpretation
- Rising: Increasing trading interest
- Falling: Decreasing trading interest
- Spike: Volume > VOLMA = significant activity
Price Overlay
- Enter Closer-Look mode to see close price overlay
- Toggle: Show/hide close price line (right axis)
- Volume expansion during price breakout = confirmed
