Set your preferred asset class, market index, and cryptocurrency — what velaHita opens with when you sign in.
Your profile & default preferences
velaHita remembers what you like to look at first. Your profile holds three preferences that decide where the app lands when you sign in.
Where to set them
Open the avatar menu (top right) → Your Profile → Asset class preferences:
Preferred asset class — Stocks or Crypto: which side of velaHita you land on.
Preferred market index — shown when Stocks is selected: the index (e.g. Dow Jones Industrial Average) your equity charts open with.
Preferred cryptocurrency — shown when Crypto is selected: the coin (from the top coins by market cap) your crypto charts open with.
When they take effect
Your preferences are applied the next time you sign in — they seed your landing page and default chart selections for the session. Switching indexes or coins during a session works as normal but isn't saved back to your profile; update the profile when you want a new default.
Two small notes:
Fresh accounts default to Stocks / Dow Jones Industrial Average / BTC.
Your landing also respects what your plan unlocks — if your subscription covers only one asset class, that's where you'll land. See Choosing a plan.
