How to cancel, what happens to your access, and which refunds are automatic.
Cancelling & refunds
You can cancel any plan at any time, in two clicks, from the app.
How to cancel
Open the avatar menu (top right) → Subscriptions. Your plan is listed under Current plans with a Cancel option; confirm in the dialog and it's done.
What happens when you cancel
Still in your free trial? You're never charged — cancelling a trial costs nothing. Your access ends immediately.
On a paid plan? You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for (the confirmation dialog shows the exact date). The plan simply doesn't renew after that. The current period isn't refunded.
Your tokens are untouched. Cancelling never removes tokens from your balance — anything you've earned or bought stays yours to spend on reports.
Refunds that happen automatically
When an upgrade replaces a plan, the unused portion of the old plan is refunded without you asking:
a replaced monthly plan is refunded day-by-day for the unused days;
a replaced yearly plan is refunded for the full months you haven't started (a month you're part-way through counts as used).
