RSI (Relative Strength Index)

What is RSI?

RSI measures speed and magnitude of recent price changes, oscillates 0-100.

Zones

• RSI > 70: Overbought - potential reversal down
• 30-70: Neutral zone
• RSI < 30: Oversold - potential reversal up

Interpretation

• Overbought: RSI > 70 suggests potential sell
• Oversold: RSI < 30 suggests potential buy
• Divergence: RSI vs price can signal reversals

Trading Signals

• Sell: RSI crosses above 70 (overbought)
• Buy: RSI crosses below 30 (oversold)
• Centerline: 50 level indicates trend shift

Price Overlay

• Enter Closer-Look mode to see close price overlay
• Toggle: Show/hide close price line (right axis)
• Price new high + RSI lower high = bearish divergence
• Price new low + RSI higher low = bullish divergence
