What is RSI?
RSI measures speed and magnitude of recent price changes, oscillates 0-100.
Zones
- RSI > 70: Overbought - potential reversal down
- 30-70: Neutral zone
- RSI < 30: Oversold - potential reversal up
Interpretation
- Overbought: RSI > 70 suggests potential sell
- Oversold: RSI < 30 suggests potential buy
- Divergence: RSI vs price can signal reversals
Trading Signals
- Sell: RSI crosses above 70 (overbought)
- Buy: RSI crosses below 30 (oversold)
- Centerline: 50 level indicates trend shift
