Buying token packs

The five token packs, where to buy them, payment methods, and the rules of purchase.

Buying token packs

Token packs are one-time purchases — no subscription required. Any registered velaHita user can buy a pack and spend it on reports.

Where to buy

• Open the avatar menu (top right) and choose Buy Tokens.
• Or straight from the report dialog: whenever your balance is too low for the report you're building, a Buy tokens button takes you right to the packs.

Paying

Checkout supports PayPal, credit and debit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability varies by device and region). Tokens are credited to your balance as soon as the payment completes — usually within moments — and appear in your Token History.

Good to know

• Packs of $20 and up ask for an extra confirmation before checkout, so a big purchase is never a mis-click.
• Token purchases are credits — all sales are final.
• Prefer to earn instead of buy? Subscription plans include a signup token bonus (Choosing a plan), and inviting friends earns more: Refer & Earn.
