Reading a chart screen
The anatomy of a chart screen: the guide panes, filters, and the ticker selector.
Reading a chart screen
Each chart screen is built the same way, so once you learn one you know them all.
The three panes
Every chart carries a segmented selector:
- Chart Guide — how to read the chart and what the signal means.
- Sample Charts — worked, annotated examples.
- Market Mechanics — the deeper why behind the move.
Filters
- Date picker sets the window.
- TMS filter narrows the time-series scope.
- The ticker selector chooses which instruments plot.
Colour and shape encode sector, not series order — so the same sector always looks the same across charts.
